In The course of his pursuit he prepared a new plan and renewed it in consolation with Avadutha Sri Vitobananda Swamy, Sri Padaraya Matadhipathi, Sri Vijayanidhi Theerthananda Sawmiji and Sri Gopananda Swamiji. He is a great pundit and expert in Sastras. Swami Sri Lakshmanacharya heard about Srinagaram and its construction through Bala Bramhananda Swamiji. Later on Sri Vidyaranya Maharshi in 15th Century tried to fulfill the same in the place called Vijayanagaram, and could not succeed in His endeavor. That place was known as “Sri Nagar” Capital of Kashmir State. Though the foundation was laid the temple could not be completed as Sri Adi Shankara Swamiji was blessed with short life.
Sri Adi Shankara was very eager to build it in 7th century in Kashmir, but could not make it success due to unavoidable circumstances prevailed. Praying in such a temple is supposed to endow beneficial effects to the life (jeeva).
